I want you to have the best experience possible before, during, and after your session. Below are some frequently asked questions. If you have a question that is not covered below, please send a message , and we will respond ASAP.

Q : Where are you located?

Lynnea Jean Creative is located in Red Lodge, Montana. I do service surrounding areas up to 25 Miles away from the Red Lodge area. If you are outside the 25 miles range there will be an additional travel fee of $30 for any area up to 60 miles away from Red Lodge area. If you are beyond the 60 mile range please send me a message so we can discuss your project here.

Q: Do you have a studio for headshot sessions?

I currently only offer on location shoots; however, I can recommend local spots for outdoor shoots or travel to your home or professional space. I bring all the required gear and set up my equipment in the designated area.

Q: What should I wear to my headshot session?

This can vary depending on when and where you book your session.  Two weeks before the shoot,  I send a guide to help you prepare for your headshot.

Q:  Do you offer a military discount?

I sure do! All active or past military will receive a 10% off discount. This discount may be combined with other discounts as well. Please mention at the time of booking.

Q:  Do I get a print release?

Yep! All sessions, whether a Real Estate, Vacation Rental, or Headshot session require a signed general agreement. The agreement always give you rights to the final edited images delivered via an online gallery link.  Additionally, it allows the rights to use the images in my portfolio or for my advertising needs. If you have specific requests that are outside of the general agreement, please let me know, and we will discuss options. A general agreement must be signed by all clients before the start of a session, or the session may be rescheduled at my discretion.

Q:  Do you want me to tag your business on social media if I post?

Q:  Do you have insurance?

Yes, I do!

Q:  How long do you keep a backup of my photos?

I will keep a backup of your photos for 90 days from your file delivery date. Your final images gallery will also be accessible for 90 days after your session. If, for any reason, I must remove the images before the 90 day window is complete, clients will be contacted to ensure they have safely stored their images.

Q:  Do I need to sign an agreement?

Q:  What if I have a Real Estate, Vacation Rental, or Headshot Session booked and it is overcast or raining?

I do my best to keep track of weather and communicate any anticipated weather challenges; however, if you require a shoot at a specific time on a certain day, I understand that the show must go on. Luckily, we have the magic of editing on our side, so I can capture photos that meet your needs. I am also happy to reschedule the shoot if you feel it is too stormy to capture the images you envision for your session. Flexibility is key, and I want you to love your images.
